SEC Guy Delivers Dieting Direction
July 13, 2012, 12:09 pm
Our main man from Mooresville, Alabama joined The Morning Sports Page Friday to talk about nutrition, Paula Dean’s weight loss regimen and Kristen Saban’s pending lawsuit.
Dr. Kogslotter seems pretty impressed with the weight that Paula Dean has dropped but he claimed that she can only blame herself for the position she was in. If you want to eat 2500 calories at any one meal, you better only be eating one meal per day. And if you want to indulge in sweets like pies or cakes, you can’t eat the entire thing in one sitting.
The good doctor also made sure to address the controversy swirling around Nick Saban’s daughter Kristen and her pending lawsuit. Apparently this story is just another interweb rumor and nothing more. As he is a well-known family practitioner, he has access to medical records and documents not available to the general public. Dr. Kogslotter insists that the injuries suffered by the said victim resemble those of an Arkansas Razorback hog hat and there’s nothing to the story involving Saban’s daughter.
With his expertise as a man of medicine, Dr. Kogslotter is also very well trained in the science of nutrition. Evidently, the gluten free diet is a scam. If you want a snack, do want normal people do and eat cookies. As he states, sugar is a great source of energy. But if you do indulge in cookies, don’t load them up with anything nasty like granola or oatmeal.
