Even after seven rounds of the NFL Draft, there are still quality football players out there who want to play professional football. Former Oregon Ducks Lavasier Tuinei and Darrion Weems join the Bald Faced Truth with John Canzano to talk about their path to the NFL. Despite being overlooked in the Draft, both these players have impressed teams enough to receive an opportunity to battle for a roster spot.

Lavasier talks about how he ended up a Seattle Seahawk. He describes why he can thrive under Coach Pete Carroll. He discusses how he plans to fight for a roster spot and he sizes up his competition in Seattle. Lavasier reminisces about his time playing in Eugene and describes how the coaching staff helped him develop as a wide receiver. He then comments on Darron Thomas and whether he made a mistake by declaring for the NFL Draft early. He also talks about which Ducks wide receivers will have a break out season this fall.

Darrion describes why he loves being part of the Minnesota Vikings. He discusses why it doesn't bother him that he was not drafted. He then reflects on his playing time in Oregon and he talks about which players he loved blocking for. Darrion also comments on how long it took him to adapt to Oregon's fast-paced offense.
