Slow out of the gate, the Ducks use a 51-point second half to pull away from Utah 73-64.
After the first twenty minutes of the game, it appeared Oregon was headed for their fourth straight conference loss. Turnovers once again plagued the team as Dominic Artis missed his fifth consecutive game with a foot injury. The Ducks tallied 11 turnovers in the first half and trailed 30-22.
Protecting the ball more in the second half, and dominating the glass, Oregon used an 18-2 run to outpace the Utes 51-34 over the game's final twenty minutes.
Oregon had 38 rebounds, 17 of which were offensive while the Utah only managed to grab 17 rebounds total as a team.
The Ducks were lead by EJ Singler, who 21 points on only 4-6 shooting. Singler did most of his damage at the charity stripe, where he was 12-13.
Damyean Dotson had 16 points, and double-double machine Arsalan Kazemi had 11 points and 14 rebounds.
The Utes were lead by their big man Jason Washburn, who had 20 points, 7 rebounds, and pair of blocks.
Oregon improves to 19-5 (8-3) on the season and remains half a game behind Arizona in the conference standings.
The Ducks travel to Seattle next on Wednesday to take on the Huskies.
