In exactly one month, our Oregon Ducks will take the field versus Arkansas State to kick off the college football season.  Defensive Back, Brian Jackson joined the Morning Sports Page Wednesday to preview the Ducks’ 2012 season.

As has been discussed many times in detail, the Ducks defense is completely stacked.  The defense is loaded with talent and it’s got depth at every position.  They also have great cohesiveness and chemistry.  As Jackson states, very few teams can look to their left and their right and have complete trust in every man on each side of him.  He insists that this cohesiveness and trust is going to set the Ducks apart from all those other college football teams.

Jackson also goes into detail about his team’s offense.  Although it will be an adjustment to move on from Darron Thomas and Lamichael James, the Ducks look poised to pick up right where they left off last year.  If the Oregon offense is giving the Oregon defense fits in practice – as Jackson insists it does – the offense is definitely going to give the Pac-12 teams fits.

Take a listen as Jackson discusses the team’s preparation for the upcoming season and be on the lookout for a great story regarding his vacation in Alabama.
