Colin Amos of the Law Offices of Goldberg Jones, Divorce for Men, joins Chad in studio to talk about why if marriages have gone by the wayside, that the summer months might be the best time to put divorce proceedings into motion. Plus, Colin takes listener questions.

Chad talks with Colin about how defected couples can use coercion and blackmail/threats in an attempt to limit custody. Colin talks about how guys can protect themselves and how the courts are actually there to help them. A question comes in, too, about how a man and woman have been separated, no idea where the other lives, or cares, and what the best route would be to file an emergency divorce.

One of the more embarrassing, yet Colin says, common, shortcomings is a man’s wife leaving him for another woman. Now, the man would like custody being as his wife is going out and partying and drinking more. Does he have a case? Also, for guys who make more money, how much alimony is owned to an ex who cheated on him? Plus, how can a person manage stock options during a divorce? Plus, what’s its value?

Now that its summertime, or close to, Colin emphasizes this could be one of the best times to get it resolved. Why?
